This house was great for our family vacation. The proximity to the beach could not have been better. The kids loved swimming in the pool, so we spent a lot of time enjoying the deck/pool area. The house was very clean and the accommodations were nice and spacious. We ran into a couple issues during our stay. The kitchen refrigerator was barely cold for the first couple days but eventually got cold. Also, the air conditioner stopped working twice during our stay. We called for support from Beach Properties for these issues and they sent someone out to check out the issues quickly. The HVAC tech said the A/C unit supporting upstairs needs to be replaced. For the price we paid to rent this house, I would have expected the A/C to be in good working order.

We had a wonderful time. The location was perfect! The weather in early May was beautiful, and we paid extra to have the pool heated. The space worked well for our family of six.

The house was exactly as described. Worked great for our group of 12 with 3 families. The pool heat worked out well for our kids and the grill was a plus. Plenty of room in the house so you don’t feel crowded. Beach was a 3 minute walk away and the path made it very accessible for the seniors in our group. We rented bikes and biked to sea pines and Coligny circle with ease. Definitely had to drive to restaurants/activities if didn’t have bikes, but that’s the trade off for being away from the busy hotels/resorts. Some minor issues with check in (electronic door not working) but the property management team was excellent at solving the issues. I would recommend this place and would stay here again.

The facility was very nice, but the doors on the porches would not latch. One of the doors was coming apart at the bottom. We paid extra for a heated pool, but the heater did not work properly, except for part of one day. Our wedding party had a heated pool at there place next door that was great.
