Aksarben View Apartments are centrally located in Omaha with easy access to I-80 and historic Aksarben neighborhood.
Aksarben Village is less than a mile away from the apartment, which is one of the best entertainment 345districts in Omaha. Enjoy local restaurants, shopping, and events.
Don't forget to visit the World Famous Henry Dorly Zoo or Old Market Downtown.

Guests with enjoy a private entrance and full use of the space.
The Neighborhood:
Located right off I-80, in the Aksarben neighborhood. Only a couple miles from most hospitals, University of Nebraska at Omaha, and the Baxter Arena.
Aksarben Village is less than a mile away from the apartment, which is one of the best entertainment 345districts in Omaha. Enjoy local restaurants, shopping, and events.
Don't forget about our World Famous Henry Dorly Zoo or the Old Market Downtown.
Getting Around:
Car is best for exploring the city, however there is a public transportation stop within walking distance.
Other Things to Note:
1. There is no laundry facility on site, however several laundromats are within 2 miles of your apartment. We recommend WashWorld about a 6 min drive.
2. There will be lock out fee - $50,
unreturned/lost key fob fee - $50
3. Parking is on a first come first serve basis in our open lot. There are no assigned stalls. Each guest/reservation will be able to park in one spot.

Simple & clean except for the dirty windows with broken shade and a missing wand to open them. Sparse seating, just one couch and two dining chairs. Nothing on the walls. Otherwise, acceptable for a weekend retreat.
