About this villa rental
Our cosy and beautiful home is ideal for relaxed vacations in the country, out of the noise and the stress of the cities. It is located close at the beach (3 minutes walk) with a spectacular view at a mountain side full of pine trees that reaches all the way down the see. It is ideal for those who seek a remote place but also close (35 min) to nightlife. Around you can find three differend beaches ,three taverns, two beach bars and one coffee shop that also serves fast food, all of which can be reached by walking.
You can hike and explore on the mountains or you can explore the beaches that lot of which is accessed only by walking. Of course here you can have the most amazing sunsets of your life every evening.
Nerotrivia is the closest small village (7 min. driving) with a tavern ,market and a bakery. Politika is the next bigger village (13 min. driving) and here you can find lot of taverns and shops to buy.
There are also Psachna city and Artaki further away (20 and 25 min drive) where you can find almost everything. There is also a Health center.
Chalkis is the capital city of Evoia it is 35 minutes driving and has full of nightlife all year round and everything else you might want.

We had a wonderful stay there! The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay (we enjoyed the sandwich maker^^).
Just be aware of the rocky roads and keep following the paved street :).
The host was welcoming and always avaliable when we had questions and even updated us about the fire situation in advance.
If you want a quiet and peaceful stay away from the tourism hotspots just a few minutes from the beach... we really recommend choosing this place!
