This apartment has a lot going for it. It is a spacious family sized home with a huge outdoor space and parking just 10 minutes walk from the Amarynthos seafront with its bars and restaurants, and access to the beaches. It has all the modern appliances (barring a dishwasher) you could need and everything works. The beds are comfortable and the there were supplies of various consumables, including a bottle of water in the fridge and plentiful toilet rolls. The host is flexible and easy to communicate with, and their parents, who live below (they speak no English), are friendly, warm and generous, bringing us fresh cut grapes from their garden opposite, and homemade halva.
The property is in need of some maintenance, the main bathroom and second washroom requiring considerable investment to bring them up to modern standards. The water being lost through taps that can’t be turned off is disturbing, but I’m afraid more than a washer might be needed. Although the apartment is in a quiet side street the road close behind the property is busy even at night. That said, I spent 20 comfortable days at Natasas Place, with my friend and daughter at different times. I wanted more than a studio with the bed in the kitchen and a sofa bed for my companions and I am sure it isn’t possible get as much accommodation for the price.

Spacious, very clean, comfortable beds, good for a family, with big kitchen, living room and very nice balcony. Nice view, parking, close to a nice bakery and center of Amarinthos with all the shops, restaurants etc. Was very good base to explore the area. Good value for money.Very kind owners.
