Rustic, simple farm estate "Son Ulari Petit", surrounded by trees and fields. 4 km from the centre of Ca'n Picafort, 8 km from the centre of Santa Margalida, 15 km from the centre of Alcudia, 4 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: natural state property 1'500 m2 (fenced) with trees, orchard, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool (above ground) angular (7 x 2 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, patio, barbecue. In the house: internet access, WiFi, air conditioning. Parking on the premises. Shop 4 km, bus stop 3 km, sandy beach "Ca'n Picafort" 4 km. Perfect location, beautifull and quiet.
Some things needs to be changed there are not in good shape: sofa and table (moving from side to other).
Should put a double bed in one bedroom, the 4 beds are singles.

Zum Entspannen am Pool oder als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge über die Insel sehr gut geeignet. Etwas viel Krabbelvieh unterwegs was sich aber auf Grund der ländlichen Lage nicht vermeiden lässt.

Très bon accueil pour cette location bien équipée et située dans un environnement calme et proche du bord de mer et des commerces.Véhicule indispensable pour se déplacer.

Einfache/ zweckmäßige Finca in guter Lage zu den Stränden Can Picafort/ Muro. Naturgrundstück in relativ ruhiger Lage - Landstrasse in der Nähe! Die Terrassen und der kleine Pool haben uns besonders gut gefallen. Für 4 Personen nicht geeignet - es mangelt leider an ausreichend Gläsern, Geschirr und Besteck! Stromkosten ok. Dusche jedoch stark renovierungsbedürftig. Wasserdruck quasi nicht vorhanden - inakzeptabel! Wir hatten einen Sonderpreis! ...bei Normalpreis hätten wir sofort reklamiert!
