Are you coming to Mallorca and want to spend a few days away from the tourist crowds in an authentic Mallorcan town full of charm?
Our "Casa Feliz" house is sure to delight you! It is a charming old Mallorcan townhouse (located in the eastern part of the island in the town of Manacor) that was completely renovated between 2019-2020 using high-quality materials and equipped with all modern amenities.
It offers a total living area of 115 square meters and impresses with its modern and elegant furnishings.
“Casa Feliz” is ideal for island explorers, cyclists, tennis players, or hikers.
Those who simply want to unwind can relax on the rooftop terrace with a view of the rooftops of Manacor.
Description:
It features two bedrooms, each with a large double bed (180x200 cm). The rooms are bright, inviting, and comfortably furnished (air conditioning, heating, new windows, etc.).
On the lower floor, in addition to a large living/dining room with an open kitchen (generously equipped with dishes and all appliances for 6 people, including a dishwasher, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with a large freezer compartment, Nespresso coffee maker, hand blender, electric kettle, toaster, blender, and wine refrigerator), there are two modern bedrooms and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Next to the bathroom is a small storage room where you can use a washing machine.
An absolute highlight of the house is a sunny courtyard (patio) that spans two floors. Here, in addition to a covered outdoor area with a dining table, you’ll find a fireplace, a gas grill, and a small pool—the perfect spot to relax and unwind during the balmy evenings and after a day trip.
A combination of the Mares stone—for which Mallorca is famous—and white walls creates a dreamlike backdrop. Sun loungers and a cozy sunning area round out the completely redesigned outdoor space.
In the evening hours, the entire courtyard is illuminated by atmospheric lighting.
During the winter months, the townhouse is fully heated by central heating. A fireplace in the living room adds to the cozy atmosphere and provides comfortable warmth.

Additional fees:
- Tourist tax: 2.20€ per person per day
- Final cleaning: 200€
- A flat-rate electricity fee of 35€ per week is charged additionally.
- The listed price is based on occupancy by 2 people. For each additional person, we charge an extra 10€ per day. Children up to and including age 12 are exempt from this fee.
You can usually find a parking spot on the street in front of the house.
