Nice rustic house on a 15000 farm.- square meters, totally private, quiet and fenced, with private pool, garden, terraces, excellent covered porch. It consists of hall, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living room-kitchen, barbecue, fireplace. Satellite television. Very close to the city, in a radius of 1 km. There are large supermarkets, shops, cafeterias, restaurants, typical Mallorcan cellers, the Town Hall, Churches, library, monuments, ect. ect, and every Thursday the largest market in Mallorca. Wir waren 4 Wochen in der Finca und haben es sehr genossen.
Ich habe dort auch gearbeitet, WLAN-Verbindung ist gut, auch in der hintersten Ecke des Hauses.
Es war wirklich alles Top, die Lage ist Klasse, da es nur wenige Minuten zum nächsten Supermarkt sind und max. 20 Minuten zu Fuß in die Fußgängerzone.
Juan ist ein sehr netter, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht hat.
Ansonsten ist bereits alles in den vorangegangenen Bewertungen gesagt, sehr zutreffend und ausführlich geschrieben z. B. von Marie H.
Es wird auf jeden Fall eine Wiederholung geben.

Maison qui est bien située pour visiter les principaux sites et pour randonner. Équipements très complets y compris fournitures pour le quotidien.
Hôte très acceuillant et disponible.
Proximité d Inca qui n est pas aussi désagréable que la description faite dans les guides. Environnement plaisant à proximité de ville.
Je recommande cette location.

We were greeted by the owner Juan who was very hospitable and heart warming.The villa was in a perfect location. The setting is private and relaxing with no noises from anywhere. The quite surrounding enabled us to have an amazing family holiday. The villa was clean and had everything we needed. The outside space and comfortable garden furniture enabled us to spend most of the holiday outside. The bbq area and pool were a really key part of our enjoyment. On this holiday 4 adults stayed at the villa and we had lots of living space to relax. 2 bathrooms and a washing machine were a real bonus.I have visited Mallorca for many years but have never stayed in inca before. Inca is a really good location. Every Thursday is a market . But the villa is a short walk from eroski or a 5 minute drive to aldi, lidl or mercado. The market in inca is great for fresh fruit and vegetables. Also if you hire a car inca is a good central location to the rest of the island.I would highly recommend this villa to stay in and I look forward to future visits.
