About this house rental
Welcome to Heritage Oak Haven! This thoughtfully rebuilt 1920 bungalow is centrally located amidst the top attractions in New Braunfels. Creative detail has been invested into every corner of this space offering a glimpse of history with a fresh artful touch. Nestled between two massive heritage oak trees, this stylish house is thoughtfully appointed to comfortably accommodate families. Just steps away from the entrance of Schlitterbahn and easily walkable to the Comal River & downtown life.
This is a newly rebuilt single story home with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a flex room and a laundry closet. The front of the house is an open concept between the kitchen, dining area, and living room. At the rear of the house, you'll find the bedrooms, bathrooms and a flex room. The flex room can be used as a dedicated office space or a sleeping area.
Sleeping Arrangements:
· Primary Bedroom- King-sized bed with memory foam mattress
· Bunk Room- Twin over twin bunk bed with memory foam mattresses. There is also a fold out chair stored in the closet that doubles as a twin mattress (see photos). This can be set up in the bunk room or the living room.
· Queen Room- Queen-sized bed with memory foam mattress.
· Flex Room- The mustard colored futon can be converted into a twin-sized bed.
· Pack & Play- Can be set up comfortably in any of the sleeping areas as needed. Sheets & waterproof mattress protector provided.
Notes:
· Black-out curtains and sound machines are provided in all sleeping areas to provide for uninterrupted sleep.
· We think the perfect sized group for this space is up to 6 people. The full 8 can easily be accommodated, but just keep in mind that it will be a bit cozier.

There aren’t enough stars for our experience. It is obvious the hosts care about their guests—they thought of every detail, including even the smallest guests. For a family vacation, the location was perfect, right in the middle of several attractions. The property is immaculate. Would stay here again. Probably the best vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in!

Grayson was incredibly good with communication, making sure everything was as best as it could be. The property is nice, there was a welcome basket with snacks, and it was really close to the Comal. THANKS for a great weekend!

This was the most perfect house for our week long stay in New Braunsfel! We loved the location and the house truly felt like a home away from home. We come down to the area every summer and can’t wait to stay here again! Thank you to our incredible hosts who thought of literally everything and added such personal touches to our stay!
