Recently updated, well-appointed, and great location! La Joya #4 is a jewel nestled in the heart of Half Moon Bay between Akumal Bay and Yal Ku Lagoon. This one bedroom condo is the ideal vacation rental for 3 adults or couple travelling with up to 2 children. Located on prime real estate with a white sandy beach, this condominium also has a beachfront swimming pool exclusive for guests staying at La Joya.
This beachfront condo is the complete package with an oceanfront terrace and amazing views from its equipped kitchen, living and dining area. The master bedroom has a king size bed, en suite bath and a view of the mayan jungle.
Guests staying will enjoy some of the best snorkeling in Riviera Maya right outside their door in Half Moon Bay. Two of Akumal’s favorite restaurants are just a short walk on the beach from La Joya. Plus, Akumal Bay, Yal Ku Lagoon, and downtown are both less than a mile away where you’ll find more great eateries, stores, dive shops and spa. All of our guests also have access to our concierge and guest services during their for help planning day trips to nearby ruins, towns, nature parks, and also bike, golf cart and car rentals to explore Riviera Maya.

La Joya is our favorite place to stay. Right on the bay, taking in the ocean. A good quiet easy atmosphere. Ariel took good care of us, arranging food in our condo, massages, and friendly conversation. The maids kept the condo clean and orderly, We felt safe and very well taken care of. Yuum botik, tech!

We recently enjoyed a 10 day stay in this wonderful unit. It was very nicely furnished and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. Comfortable bed. Everything was very clean with attentive service. Gorgeous view from the balcony. Nice pool and beach area. Just a short walk to the little convenience store, a little hike into town but doable. And just a short walk to happy hour at La Buena Vida. Highly recommend this unit. Can’t wait until our next stay!
