1800's historical farmhouse on Route 50 with efficiency apartment. Very large fully stocked catch and release pond. Your own fire pit area. Next door to a wedding venue/ Pattison Lodge. We are also across street from Pattison park with a walking trail. Five minutes from StoneLick Golf Course. We are five minutes from Clermont County fairground. Minutes from Motorsports Country Club

The apartment use to be a Summer Kitchen in the 1800's - 1900's and just newly renovated but some original brick still exposed. NO PETS, NO SMOKING EXCEPT BY YOUR CAR.
