House on the outside should have been hosed off or at least sweep of the bugs, inside was covered in dust from dogs and foot traffic and bugs in corners and on in one of the beds.

We have the same type washing machine at home.Aftre washing your clothing the the rubber seal behind the door must be wiped dry or mold will accumulate inside the machine.Other than that we enjoyed our stay and would return to this property.

We initially booked a different residence, but the owner asked us we could swap places to accommodate another guest. It did provide us with an extra room and no charge. Location was good, downtown area to eat and walk the trail is great as we had our dog with us. House was as pictured. Trash trucks came at 4:55am but that’s of no fault to the owner. Neighbors were quiet. Good for our stay overnight in Ohio. Owner was responsive.

Ideal location near Historic district of Loveland. We were able to take lovely walks to the scenic Miami bike trail. The house had everything we needed and the host was quick to respond to questions.

This house exceeds expectations! It is exceptionally clean and tucked away on a quiet street. The backyard has a spacious deck and faces a wooded area that is full of all kinds of birds to watch and listen to. It’s within easy walking distance to downtown Loveland as well. The house is well-appointed with dishes, cookware, utensils and appliances. The beds are nice and comfortable and the host provides fresh towels for the guests. All of this and still a VERY affordable rate. I couldn’t be more pleased with this property.

I grew up in Goshen, he grew up in Norwood. Unexpected family situation came up for us to return home. Each visit we fine hidden teasures within the communities we Cherish Memories in, rather it's Gene's DJing days at Castle Skateland or my days working at UDF. We found this home, we fell in love with this home. ALMOST to the point of wanting to move back home from Florida. Then the snow came! Hands down I would recommend this home to anyone. Perfect for Summer vacations (any season)! In the Heart of Loveland ❤️

My only complaints are 1)no blankets as stated in listing. Just quilt and sheet. I like to have a blanket in case quilt is too heavy but sheet isnt enough 2) the mattresses were extremely firm slabs of foam. Not comfortable.

This was the perfect location for our family of four, including two toddlers. We enjoyed the cleanliness of the property and accurate description. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed for our week. It was located within walking distance to downtown Loveland where we were able to enjoy the 4th of July festivities. We also enjoyed walking to Kiwanis park with our kiddos. Thank you for hosting a perfect spot for us to land after long, fun days visiting our family in Cincinnati.

This cottage is adorable! It’s like opening a small package to find the inside has a real WOW factor. The property is in a safe and quiet location only 3 minutes from the great shops and restaurants of old Loveland. It is spotless, the decoration reminiscent of HGTV, the beds comfortable, the linens top notch! The owner very responsive. I highly recommend it and won’t hesitate to book it again.
