About this house rental
Cozy home in the city with country like feel. House sits 700 feet off main road with views of woods. Sit on the front porch or side deck and see deer, raccoons, or bird watching. Kings Island, Downtown Cincinnati where you can see a Reds game, Bengals game, Jack Casino or visit Smale Park are all just a 15 minute drive. There are 3 other casinos within 30 minutes drive. Visit a local brewery 5 minutes away. Great restaurants nearby. There are steps to get to the home and steps to the basement. Home is on an easement with additional homes using the same easement. Road can not be blocked by cars. It is recommended to have 4 wheel drive vehicle in winter months only.. Parking for 4 vehicles only and no trailers. No parking in the grass areas.

Stayed at this property for nearly 3 months with two roommates while completing a summer internship in Mason, Ohio. It was absolutely perfect and had everything we needed. We were able to contact Sheila about anything, and we never ran into any issues. Would 1000% stay here again.

It was a bit outside of Cincinnati than in hoped for but the stay was ok. I think the app was faulty during the stay. I texted the owner instead, and then she got back to me. No fault of hers. Would consider staying again if the opportunity presented itself.
