About this apartment rental
1800's historical farmhouse on Route 50 with efficiency apartment. Very large fully stocked catch and release pond. Your own fire pit area. Next door to a wedding venue/ Pattison Lodge. We are also across street from Pattison park with a walking trail. Five minutes from StoneLick Golf Course. We are five minutes from Clermont County fairground. Minutes from Motorsports Country Club

US Hwy 50 goes all the way from the East to the West Coast and is a Route many take with adventures. The apartment use to be a Summer Kitchen in the 1800's - 1900's and just newly renovated but some original brick still exposed. NO PETS, NO SMOKING EXCEPT BY YOUR CAR. We recieved a warm welcome from Barb and Randall. They were friendly and helpful. The reason for our visit was not a happy one. They understood that and were sympathetic. The place is very small, but we had everthing we needed - especially these great hosts.
