This adorable condo on the channel offers waterfront living at its finest. Brezza #4 is just a short walk from award-winning beaches and only a block from downtown shops and restaurants. The deck allows you to relax and watch the boats, the sunsets, and the Musical Fountain.

INSIDE THE CONDO
This one-of-a-kind condo is located on the first floor of the Brezza Di Lago building (don't worry - there's an elevator!). The condo itself spans one floor and is accommodating for guests of all ages.
Channel Breeze offers one bedroom and one full bathroom with a washer and dryer in the unit. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, TV, and access to the balcony. The main living area includes the kitchen with a snack bar area, a living room with a sleeper sofa, and a quaint dining area with views of the waterfront. This condo is a top floor, corner unit filled with light and breathtaking views of the channel and Lake Michigan.
SLEEPING
The unit sleeps 4. Bed linens are provided.

Living Room: Queen sofa sleeper
EATING
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, cooking utensils, and a coffee pot so you can stay in and prepare meals if you desire. Grocers are a short drive and there are several small markets within walking distance.
PARKING
There is one designated parking space for Brezza Unit #4 found in the carport area under the building in the front entrance.

Channel Breeze truly has an ideal location for enjoying Grand Haven to the fullest. There is a wide variety of restaurants, bars, quaint coffee shops, clothing boutiques, toy stores, ice cream shops, all within walking distance. The opportunities are endless!
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation at no charge.
- Cancel 30 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 14 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 14 days in advance of reservation start date.
There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

"This was our second stay in the same condo (so we must have really liked it the first time too!). Love the area, the view, the amenities. Easy to find, good but tight parking. Very safe area. Excellent shopping, restaurants, and everything in walking distance. We brought food with us so we could sit on the patio and watch boats and people all afternoon. Saw a 650 foot cargo ship go up the canal. Awesome to watch. Just another great vacation. We will be back!"

We have stayed at Brezza previously, but this, although the smallest, was also the best unit we have stayed in. We had a fabulous time. The building is only a couple of blocks from everywhere that we love to go in Grand Haven, so it's a perfect location if you love to walk. The layout of the rooms is very good, and the furniture in this particular unit was very comfortable. I'd LOVE to see these places get regular, low tables and chairs, because tall ones are just stupid, and horribly uncomfortable in my opinion, but that is a minor point. The instructions for hooking up to Internet were all very easy. Using the TV with a bit trickier, what with the fact that there were four remote controls, and no instructions for any of the electronic devices, but we got that figured out, too. The deck off the bedroom was great, and being on the corner of the building, it allowed for a larger, and much better view than we ever had in the other units we stayed in. The view from the bedroom through all the wall to wall windows was amazing! The kitchen was supplied with everything that we needed. All-in-all, it was a near perfect place to stay. One small issue is being addressed, so that will hopefully be fixed by the time we return, and we do so hope to return in the future. .

Beautiful condo with everything you need.Laundry, well appointed kitchen and balcony to watch boats, fireworks and people. Location was great close to downtown for restaurants and shopping. Beach is close by 10-15 minute walk. Had a great time.

You pay for location and view but the decor of the unit felt bland and institutional. We’ve stayed in several VRBO properties in Grand Haven - all of which played off the beach town vibe. This unit was decorated with furniture that had the appearance of coming from the clearance section at Home Goods. A giraffe head print above the bed? The mattress was very uncomfortable and the headboard banged against the wall when anyone moved in bed. Sheets were dry and prickly. I doubt the floor had been washed recently as our bare feet turned black after walking in the unit. The common areas of the condo were equally bland and garbage overflowing in garage bin. Loved being able to walk DT but there are many other DT properties that we will consider for next summer’s visit.
