it was great for us
the lack of marked parking and lack of building identification. we left our phone charger could not get a hold of anyone to get it returned.

The location was great for walking to most everything. Shopping, eating & drinking were all right there. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evening people watching also.
Either wasn't able or couldn't figure out how to adjust the temp. Was a little cool for us.
