You'll be havin' some fun at "Under the Boardwalk", our cheery first floor condo across the street from the beach (access #28) in Fernandina Beach, Amelia Island. Enjoy beach living in this beautiful space that is all your own! Centrally located nearby to all the activities Amelia Island has to offer. Great restaurants, family fun or take a relaxing beach vacation. We are a stones throw from the beach and close to golf courses, state parks, Jacksonville Zoo and much more!

We had a great stay, we were in need of a restful break from the grind, it was quiet and peaceful, just a short walk to the beach. great location. thank you for letting us stay in your place. it was clean and neat just the way we like it. Good Job!

The kitchen is extremely well-stocked for cooking, hosts are very communicative, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Having on-site laundry was a huge plus. Only downside to my stay was some of the soaps were not restocked prior to my arrival (I had brought my own, so it wasn’t a huge deal) and the floors could have been mopped/swiffered.

Great location and great hosts! The unit was bigger than expected, which was a nice bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

This property was convenient to two different beach access locations. It was also nice to be able to walk to a local restaurant and there's a paved walking path nearby. An added bonus was that there was a gopher tortoise digging his den near the parking area and we caught him grazing on the property a few times. You will share the back area with the guests upstairs. The place just needs some love. If the bathroom was remodeled and the outdoor areas were spruced up a bit so they could be usable for hanging out, we'd have given it five stars.
