The southern charm and coastal ambiance of this spacious 3 bedroom/3 bathroom townhome creates the perfect setting for a relaxing winter retreat! Gorgeous decor, ample sleeping space, spacious bedrooms, a fenced in yard, and a balcony make this townhome the ideal home away from home.
Walking through the front door into the cheery entryway, a flight of stairs will lead you to the main level with a large great room/living area. Seafoam blue walls, beige sofas centered to view the large flat screen TV, and gorgeous hardwoods are featured in this cozy space. The adjacent dining room with a large window adds natural light and offers seating for 6 at the white wicker table. The fully equipped nearby kitchen features stainless steel appliances, trendy black and white tile, and is accented in tasteful beachy décor. The main level also features a smaller bedroom with a queen bed, paisley bedding, and a nearby full bath.
Walking up the stairs in the main room, the third level offers two beautiful master suites. The first bedroom with a king bed dressed with white bedding is extremely spacious and has windows covering an entire wall allowing the natural light to provide extra warmth in the winter months. The second bedroom is perfect for guests to come and visit as it offers two queen beds set on seagrass headboards. The two bedrooms are adjoined by a huge bathroom with a garden tub and walk in shower. Each bedroom also offers access to the private balcony with ocean views. Grab your favorite read and a glass of wine and enjoy on this sunny lanai. A laundry room is also conveniently located on this level.
Although the interior is fabulous, what truly sets this townhome apart is its array of outdoor amenities. The fenced in yard with astro turf is a wonderful place to set up a chair for sunning on warm days. Throw some burgers on the grill after a day on the beach and relish the glorious Amelia Island weather during this season. An outdoor shower area is also provided and is an excellent place to rinse off the sand. The large deck is also perfect for entertaining! Lots of space in this house. There are a lot of stairs-listing didn’t say there were two Acorn stair lifts. These were difficult to get around when you are hauling your luggage upstairs. Outside areas haven’t been cleaned up and we found a few areas inside that needed some attention. Overall though it was a comfortable place and a good location close to the beach.
