Close to the beach. Cute and cozy. Clean place to stay! We had the best little family vacation. I had to text about a wasp issue outside and the owner got someone out within minutes to help. Amazing service!!

There were some folks who liked to stomp upstairs.

The property is very close to the beach entrance. Everything was clean, spacious and comfortable. Convenient to restaurants and shopping.

We brought our mini dachshund but didn’t want to disturb the other occupied adjoining rental by leaving him while we were out because he has a high pitch bark if left alone. I didn’t realize the sound would travel so easily. Our neighbors were great and we didn’t want to cause any problem for them. I did buy another coffee maker to use while there because the one in the kitchen needed a thorough cleaning like most rentals and motels we’ve stayed in. I didn’t know we wouldn’t get our door entrance code until the day of our stay. I couldn’t get in touch with the owner to let me know this would happen and my husband was having a in home dialysis delivery coming so we were stressed about leaving our home and not being able to enter the unit.

The building was directly across the street from the beach access and we had an ocean view from the unit. Appreciated the outside hose to wash off sand before going inside. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes, utensils, cookware, small appliances. The beds were comfortable and the linens were fresh. Having a washer/dryer was a great bonus.

We did not receive a text with the check-in information however when we contacted the property manager, he immediately sent a text with the necessary details. Easy resolution! There were only 5 bath towels, so we had to run a load of laundry to have clean towels - minor inconvenience!
