Enjoy Your Vacation In This Fabulous Remodeled Condominium!
Located in the heart of Cabo San Lucas, one block from the famous Medano beach, a 5-minute walk to the center of Cabo and the Marina is this beautiful condo which can sleep up to six guests with a King bed in the master bedroom and a Queen and Bunkbeds in the second bedroom, there are two full bathrooms with all the amenities plus hair dryers. The Kitchen has everything to satisfy all your cooking needs. Also, there is filtered water in both bathrooms. For your convenience there is also a 5-gallon purified water dispenser for hot and cold water in the dining area. Eat at the large dining table that seats 6 or BBQ your catch of the day on the spacious Patio while you are enjoying the beautiful view of the courtyard and pool. Quiet air conditioning and ceiling fans in each room keeps you cool during the warm summer nights. For your entertainment a 65” Flat Screen Smart TV in the living room with hundreds of channels to chose from (USA, Canadian and Spanish) and 40” Flat Screen Smart TVs are in both bedrooms. This condo has its own dedicated Fiber Optic Internet service (150 Mbps) plus phone service with free Local & International calling.
This condo is located on the second floor of the building, there are two elevators, for easy handicap access there is a wheelchair ramp heading up to the entrance of the building on the poolside. In the Lobby you will find a beautiful 'Nail Bar & Spa', 'Serrano’s Bar' and a 'General Store'. Also in the lobby is our concierge ‘Elly’ who will be happy to help you book your dinner reservations or book any of the many activities that are in Cabo and surrounding areas. Located between the ‘C’ and ‘D’ buildings is a coin op 3 machine self-service laundry.
'Tres Amigas Cantina' is our poolside restaurant and bar, they serve Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at very reasonable prices. If you caught some fish, they will happily cook it for you any style you ask for.
A two-minute walk and you are on the golden sands of the beautiful Medano beach, one of the best swimming beaches in Cabo featuring wonderful restaurants and all kinds of water sports. Take a water taxi with the family to see the famous “Cabo Arch” and “Lovers Beach”. Another five-minute walk and you will find the center of town and the Marina, Cabo San Lucas has some of the best sports fishing in the world. Conveniently located are two Supermarkets and a large shopping mall, all about a two-minute walk from Marina Sol.
Marina Sol has five buildings, in the middle is a lush Oasis of grass, tropical flowers and palm trees, featuring one of the largest heated pools in Cabo San Lucas, where you can relax and enjoy the sun, if you are in need of refreshments, you will be happy with the swim-up bar or enjoy a relaxing time in the large Jacuzzi. Also in the courtyard is a games room with a Pool Table, Table Tennis and two TV, s.

I will definitely book again in the future. I only wished I stayed longer.Marina Sol was a perfect location for my Cabo visit. It was near the Marina, Medano Beach, and Walmart. I loved that Rick coordinated the transportation to and from the airport for us. The private transportation company were great and on-time. It was easy to flag down a taxi from outside the lobby if I wanted to head over to the Marina for shopping or for dinner. There was purified water provided in the condo so I can fill up my water bottle for my day trips. We used the pool and restaurant at Marina Sol. The restaurant was also open on Christmas day. We saw fireworks from our balcony a couple nights. Julian helped show us the condo when we arrived and answered all of our questions.

Loved the grounds and the location. So close to everything. Julian was great, very helpful and kind. The aircondioning was great!
