We have the key to a vacation of a lifetime.
Located in the heart of Cabo San Lucas, one block from the famous Medano beach, a 5 minute walk to the center of Cabo and the Marina is this beautiful condo which can sleep up to six guests with a King bed in the master bedroom and a Queen and a Twin in the second bedroom and a single roll away bed, there are two full bathrooms with all the amenities plus hair dryers. The Kitchen has everything to satisfy all your cooking needs, including a dishwasher! A UV water filter supplies water to the refrigerator for cold drinking water and making ice. For your convenience there is also a 5-gallon purified water dispenser for hot and cold water. Eat at the large granite dining table that seats 6 or BBQ your catch of the day on the spacious Patio while you are enjoying the beautiful view of the courtyard and pool. Quiet air conditioning in each room keeps you cool during the warm summer nights. For your entertainment in the living room a 55” Flat Screen Smart TV with 100’s of channels to choose from (USA, Canadian and Mexican). 40” Flat Screen Smart TVs are in both bedrooms, again with hundreds of channels to choose from, Netflix is provided free of charge on all TVs. This condo has its own dedicated Fiber Optic Internet service (300 Mbps) plus phone service with free Local & International calling. There is also a Bluetooth radio and CD player.
This condo is located on the third floor of the building, there are two elevators, for easy handicap access there is a wheelchair ramp heading up to the entrance of the building on the poolside. In the Lobby you will find a beautiful 'Nail Bar & Spa', 'Serrano’s Bar' and a 'General Store'. Also in the lobby is our concierge ‘Elly’ who will be happy to help you book your dinner reservations or book any of the many activities that are in Cabo and surrounding areas. Located between the ‘C’ and ‘D’ buildings is a coin op 3 machine self-service laundry.
'Tres Amigas Cantina' is our poolside restaurant and bar, they serve Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at very reasonable prices. If you caught some fish, they will happily cook it for you any style you ask for.
A two minute walk and you are on the beautiful Medano beach, one of the best swimming beaches in Cabo featuring wonderful restaurants and all kinds of water sports. Take a water taxi with the family to see the famous “Cabo Arch” and “Lovers Beach”. Another five-minute walk and you will find the center of town and the Marina, Cabo San Lucas has some of the best sports fishing in the world. Conveniently located are two Supermarkets and a large shopping mall, all about a two-minute walk from Marina Sol.
Marina Sol has five buildings situated in a square, in the middle is a lush oasis of grass, tropical flowers and palm trees, featuring one of the largest heated pools in Cabo San Lucas, where you can relax and enjoy the sun, if you are in need of refreshments, you will be happy with the swim-up bar or enjoy a relaxing time in the large Jacuzzi. Also in the courtyard is a games room with a Pool Table, Table Tennis and two TV, s.
If you are driving, there is off road parking at Marina Sol.

We love the Marina Sol! We have stayed there at least 15 tines over the years. We have tried “fancier” places around Cabo, but we always gone back! This unit was exceptional!

Marino Sol was a great condo resort for our stay! The owner of the condo was very good with communicating and the condo was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated! It was easy walk to beach about 5 min. and the marina was only about a 10 min. walk. I loved that it was had security and was within an enclosed security wall. The pool and hot tub and restaurant on site were all wonderful! We will stay here again if we return to CABO!
