This beautiful remodeled 3-bedroom 1737 square foot condo, located in the heart of Cabo San Lucas, one block from the famous Medano beach, and only a five-minute walk to the center of Cabo and the Marina, can sleep 6 guests, having 3 bedrooms (a King in the master bedroom, a Queen in the second bedroom and a Queen and Twin in the third bedroom), there are 2 well-appointed full bathrooms with Hair Dryers. The kitchen is equipped to meet all your cooking needs. Eat at the large dining table which seats 6 or Bar-B-Que on the spacious patio which has a beautiful view of the courtyard and pool or dine at the ‘Tres Amigas Cantina’ poolside Restaurant and Bar, where they serve Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at great prices. Quiet mini split A/C's and ceiling fans in all rooms will keep you cool during the warm summer evenings. For your entertainment pleasure, there is a Large Flat Screen TV in the living room and Flat Screen TV's in the master bedroom and the second bedroom. To keep you in touch with the rest of the world this condo has its own dedicated Fiber Optic Internet service (60 Mbps) plus phone service with free Local & International calling.
In the Lobby of the main building, you will find a beautiful 'Nail Bar & Spa', 'Serrano’s Bar' and a 'General Store'. Also in the lobby is our concierge ‘Elly’ who will be happy to help you book your dinner reservations or book any of the many activities that are in Cabo and surrounding areas. A two-minute walk and you are on the golden sands of the beautiful Medano beach, one of the best swimming beaches in Cabo, featuring wonderful restaurants and all kinds of water sports. Take a water taxi with the family to see the famous “Cabo Arch” and “Lovers Beach”.
Another five-minute walk and you will find the center of town and the Marina, Cabo San Lucas has some of the best sports fishing in the world.
