This charming, well-appointed home features 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, ideal for families or small groups. The primary bedroom offers a queen bed, the second bedroom has two twin beds, and the third bedroom is perfect for kids or extra guests with a full/twin bunk.

Payments-50% down upon booking and final payment due 4 weeks prior to your arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Policy may vary per booking channel. NO REFUNDS are given if the cancellation is received less than 60 days prior to the agreed upon arrival date. Agent will make reasonable efforts to rebook. All cancellations must be in writing and delivered to Agent by mail or email. There is no refund for early departure.

Location was nice enough, but house was not the most well stocked compared to most short-teem rentals we’ve stayed at. If it’s a rainy day, be aware, TV doesn’t really work or connect to devices at all. They also send you a separate rental agreement outside of VRBO that you have to sign. They emailed us every day asking us to sign starting several weeks in advance. We continued to receive email requests even after we signed (about 2 weeks before we arrived). Even after we forwarded them the receipt of signature and our signed copy, we continued to get email requests and it continued daily, up until several days after we checked out. Finally, this is a personal pet peeve, the cleaning fee for our 3-day stay was over 200. Despite the hefty fee, they still including a long list of chores to be completed before checkout, including a checklist that needed to be signed, under threat of an additional heft fee.

We had such a lovely time at this home! The kitchen was beautiful and so well-stocked with all the tools, bowls, and plates we needed. The bathroom towels were so nice, and the step stool for the little ones was a thoughtful touch. Thank you also for the new beach chairs—we really enjoyed using them! The short walk to the beach was perfect, and coming back to a clean home with the A/C keeping us cool during the hot week was a real plus. We also loved roasting marshmallows around the fire pit and grilling a couple of nights—everything worked perfectly! The home is just a few minutes from the beach—just pull your wagon down the road and walk down the stairs to the beautiful sands and water. It was a great spot for a week of fun before school starts, and we’re sure others will love it too for their next beach getaway or a fun-filled visit to Southwest Michigan!
