Périgourdine house with stone facade on an 800m² enclosed park. The village of Carsac village with its small shops is 300m away. Sarlat is 5km away.
The house consists of 3 bedrooms, a main room, a bathroom, a shower room and two toilets. You have a garage, a barbecue, a garden furniture in the shade of the walnut tree and sunbathing. The park is closed and we accept your pet if it is well educated.
You will have a view to the south over the cultivated plain and the river and to the north over the village.

The property was very clean and well-equipped. The weather turned a bit cold in the 2nd week as it was the end of September but there were heated towel rails in both bathrooms which we turned on. There were heaters in all the bedrooms and the living room, with instructions but we didn't need to turn them on. The property was quiet, being on the edge of the village but it was only a short walk to the boulangerie for fresh croissants, and there were 3 restaurants within walking distance. Sarlat was only a few kilometres away with a big supermarket, fantastic outdoor market on Saturdays, a very historic centre and lots of restaurants. A great base from which to visit the Dordogne river, plenty of chateaux and amazing walks in the woods.

This is a truly wonderful Gite. Regina and Bernard were perfect hosts. The gite is extremely well equipped with comfortable and modern furniture, fixtures and fittings. Spotlessly clean.
It is bright and airy and stays nice and cool in hot weather. Excellent area, quiet, pretty village with good shops and restaurants and only 5 minutes drive to big Leclerc.
We would highly recumbent this property.

Easy to find, lovely quiet location. Pretty village with bar and shops. Gite was well fitted out and beds were comfortable. Kitchen well equipped and shower excellent. Smallish fully enclosed garden, so brilliant for dogs. Very clean and bright.
