SWIMMING POOL from June to September (5 x10) heated with heat pump.
2 BEDROOMS with 2 beds 140, possibility of an extra bed 1 place. A stroller and a cot can be made available to a very small. Bed linen and towels are not provided, they may be extra.

KITCHEN fully equipped (electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, washing machine, refrigerator with freezer, griddle, iron and ironing board)

Many SITES AND CASTLES are nearby (Domme, Castelnaud, Beynac ...) the Dordogne flows nearby, ideal for canoeing or fishing. Walking and hiking routes are to discover limitless. Close to the wonders of the Lot (Rocamadour ...).
From 11 to 15 November Sarlat Film Festival.
From July 19 to August 4 Games Festival Sarlat theater.
Cleaning supplement, a cleaning fee is proposed to 60 €, payable locally.
The linen rental is proposed at the price of 13 € the pair of sheets and 4 € the towels per person, to be paid on the spot.

Our stay at Le Petit Bal was most enjoyable. The house was clean, spacious and comfortable. All the equipment we needed was provided. Had great fun with the table football! Lovely quiet and peaceful surroundings. We were fortunate that the weather most days was warm and sunny but being April, the mornings and evenings were cooler. The terrace was in shade most of the time so we ate outside only once - perhaps this would be better in summer. An excellent location for exploring the Dordogne valley, the river not far away. Our visit to the Chateau de Castelnaud and boat trip at La Roque-Gageac were well worth it. Stunning scenery!Merci Marie-Josephe pour votre hospitalite.

Enjoyed the pool, great location with close proximity to hire kayaks in Veyrignac. Also made use of the bicycles. Very well equipped and comfortable accommodation with A/C in living room/kitchen area.

Our Sat Nav took us directly to MarieJoseph bungalow, her property is adjacent. The property sits in some 2 acres of land to grass/fruit trees and is secluded. Marie was on hand to welcome us and showed us round the property and we settled in. It was a very peaceful, relaxing location but only some 20 minutes from Sarlat and many small villages/restaurants . Our stay was for 2 week's and although the weather in the first week was chillier than we expected it was perfectly acceptable. There is a patio/gazebo perfect for breakfast / early afternoon then the sun is on the front patio. for a later bbq. The property was very well equipped with quality appliances, SMEG, Miele, Webber bbq and a 3 burner gas bbq if required, abundance of crockery and utensils.
Marie-joseph is on hand to help but unobtrusive, she kindly phoned a local restaurant for us, as we always get in a mess when making phone bookings!
The property is perfect for a tranquil holiday, but plenty of places to visit within a short drive if required.
