Modern apartment on the seafront, all exterior, with wonderful views of the sea, the Costa Daurada, the vineyards and the Penedès mountains.
The apartment is completely renovated and has two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The dining room also has a large and comfortable sofa bed. SMART TV 43 "HD. Wifi. Air conditioning. Dishwasher. Washing machine. Nespresso coffee maker. All necessary kitchen utensils. The bathroom has a spacious shower with tempered glass screen.
Enjoy the huge and quiet beach, which you can access directly from the farm.
The apartment is located in an area very well connected but very quiet and with good parking. A few meters from the apartment there are several supermarkets, restaurants, shops, pharmacy, bus and train.

We had an excellent vacation in this very nice apartment. The view of the sea from the terrace and the mountains is spectacular. The apartment is fully equipped, beds are excellent and there is even air-conditioning that is useful during the really hot days. David and his wife were perfect hosts and really understand how to make their guests feel well. Top place!

The apartment was right on an amazing swimming beach good for children and adults alike. The boardwalk was also fun. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped for our family of four. A great vacation from our extended vacation.

We had many lovely walks along the waterfront and enjoyed swimming in front of the property.
The property had everything we needed to self-cater. It was extremely clean and well maintained.
The balcony with a sea view was a highlight.
