Beautiful house 200 m2 with a big garden 400m2, private pool and sea view, located in Coma-Ruga.
There is a wide, fully new furnished kitchen and newly painted. Large, comfortable living room with TV and fireplace. Two dinning rooms, one double-bed bedroom, two twin-bed bedrooms, two bathrooms, terrace, garage and heating. bed sheets included.
The house is decorated fashion-style, and has wide windows to let the sunshine get into each room.
The place is located in a very quiet neighborhood not far away from two big malls (Eroski). 5 minute away by car from a quiet beach with clear water and soft sand, perfect for kids.
It is located in the Costa Dorada, in a natural area next to the Mediterranean Sea. It’s a perfect place to practice a wide range of sports including Golf, Tennis, Wakeboard, Hiking and horse riding.
Highway connected with the principal cities in Catalonia (Tarragona And Barcelona). Railway trains every 30 minutes and 80kms far away from Barcelona airport.
For the winter season there are cultural spots near to visit such as Calafell village and the Romanic city of Tarragona. Calafell is 7 minutes away by car and has a famous Spa-Thalassotherapy center, and Tarragona (30kms ) has a world recognized Romanic ruins.
The climate is soft and sunny the whole season.

An excellent villa - we loved our stay here and look forward to a return trip. The villa is generous in size with big rooms and all facilities needed for a long holiday. Everything was clean and well maintained. Peaceful and quiet location we slept very well. The gardens are great on all sides of the Villa so there is always a different direction to sunbathe or find shade. Francisco is an excellent host, professional and friendly with fast response times. Easy parking outside on the street or on the driveway. Very nearby are walks in parkland and it’s easy to walk to the train station or Coma-Ruga beach. There is a Lidl supermarket and Fuel station just 1km away. This Villa is a rare find and excellent in every way

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house with my family in mid-November 2024. The location was perfect—just an 8-minute drive to the beach, and the little town had everything we needed for our stay. While we visited during the off-season, meaning some restaurants were closed and the pool was too cold to enjoy, we still had a great time. The house itself was very well-equipped, with a handy laundry facility which was perfect for a family. The owner was also fantastic, taking the time to show us around the house and staying in touch throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Lovely property in a great location. 7 or 8 mins from the beach in a car, 2 mins from Lidl (very handy). Spacious villa and great pool area, ideal for family of 4 and big enough for 6. Francisco couldn’t be better as a manager, was at the property when we arrived to give us a welcome and full tour, and was available throughout for any queries. Also fantastic wi-if, 200mB+. Many thanks!
