The sea views and the location are very good. The fact that there is a space for the car in the garden front area of the house is a very positive advantage. It also has 2 kitchens and rooms are very spacious. It is really clean and the contact person in place is very attentive and reacts very fast to any need or situation.

Problems with electricity (repetitive circuitcuts), furniture needs to be renovated in some of the rooms and in one bathroom, as well as some of the things (i.e. the wet clothes hunger and others). It is obligatory to give a 150 EUR caution which is indeed a bit strange, due to the general state of house, and may add some stress to the users. We knew that there was no swimming pool but, and this is more a suggestion, it would be really useful (as there is really a lot of space outside in the garden).
