This first floor self-catering apartment is located in the idyllic village of Letterfrack, in the heart of Connemara National Park, close to Kylemore Abbey and Killary Fjord. 3 bedrooms spacious apartment, sleeps 4. A short stroll from local vibrant bars, restaurants and shops and just a short drive to the wonderful white sandy beaches of the Renvyle Peninsula. This property serves as a great base for families and friends to explore the Connemara Region. In keeping with this magnificent location, local activities include; fishing, hill walking, pony trekking, golf, boating, island trips, kayaking, adventure centres and much more - providing you with an ideal opportunity to enjoy all this region has to offer. Clifden town is a short drive away which also offers many shops, bars, cafes and services. Galway City and Westport are both within an hour's drive of Letterfrack village.

A really great location with the apartment having all the amenities needed. It was comfortable inside. If felt secure and parking was good.
The outside if the building felt really run-down and unkempt. It needs sorting as it lets some really good accommodation down.

Spacious apartment with 3 sleeping rooms, 4 beds (the double bed was quite narrow for 2 adults, 140 cm i think, but doable). Good kitchen,, washing machine and dryer. The apartment is not very cosy . And the building in which it is located also doesn't have a great atmosphere. But it is very centrally located, restaurant, pubs and supermarket within 1 minute walk. And the entrance to the Connemara NP is really close.

I recommend this quiet place for people who like to hike. Also you have everything you need at walking distance: restaurant , supermarket , ATM.

Apartment was clean and was accurately described in the listing. The location is absolutely perfect for going to the Connemara Park and Kylemore Abby. The kitchen was well equipped and linens were clean and available. It's a bit dorm like, but very comfortable. The bed is a bit hard, but overall the place was a good find for three bedrooms. My only criticism is regarding the electric. They state in the listing that you need to pay for your electric, which is fine. However the instructions to understand the meter and pay we're very complicated and it was tough to get in touch with them. However in the end, we didn't use enough of the energy to be charged and they were accommodating once they understood that we couldn't figure it out. My guess is this is a common practice in Ireland.
Overall I would definitely recommend this apartment. Cheers
