About this house rental
Very spacious 2,152 sq. ft. of gorgeous country home built in 1980, impeccably furnished and maintained. A nice patio; pull-through driveway; landscaping and wooded views. Quiet area. Sunken tub in Master Bath; huge gourmet kitchen. Enclosed patio off kitchenette and large patio off living room. Formal dining room perfect for holiday gatherings. (Cleaning fee: $150)
Unit Layout: Two-Story. Downstairs: Living/Dining/Kitchen; 1 BR w/ King Bed; 1 Full Bathroom. Upstairs: 1 Bathroom w/ shower; 1 BR w/ Queen Bed; 1 BR w/ Trundle.
Also accepts Ski Lease for $3,000 a month, utilities included.

Loved this home. It was clean, cozy, and homey.
Had everything we needed and plenty of towels.
My favorite part of the house was the laundry shoot. Had my kids throwing their clothes down each time they changed.
There were deer each day in the yard and a beautiful 7 point buck.
The host Diane, is very responsive.
Wouls definitely make this the home i stay at each time im in the area.

Our experience was ok, but not great. This vacation rental was a little hard for us because of the lack of kitchen items available. We are a family of big cooks so it was hard to cook with the smaller pots and pans. It was also hard with a completely empty fridge. I was expecting to have butter, soy sauce mustard, those sorts of things, but there was none.
We brought some toys from home for the kids, but they were bored with no games or anything for entertainment besides a TV that got little channels. I really like homes that have games and toys and books for their guests. The location made it hard for them to play out in the front because of the blind turn right in front.
Rooms have air conditioning window units, but the rest of the house gets REALLY hot.

This is a very comfortable home located in the Brentwood area of Twain Harte. We were provided with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The backyard is lovely, and we were visited daily by a family of deer. There are several seating options to enjoy a meal outdoors or indoors. Every room has its own AC unit, making it quite comfortable in the heat. There was a very large soaking bathtub, which I didn't take advantage of this time, but I think would be wonderful during the colder months. The host responded quickly to our questions, and was very gracious allowing us to check out late to get the most out of our last day in Twain Harte. We really enjoyed our stay.
