Bath/shower, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Electric heating. Terrace partly roofed. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (4). Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Positiv: gutes renoviertes Ferienhaus, mit guter Küchenausstattung. Alle vorhandenen Geräte in funktiontüchtigem Zustand. Einrichtung teilweise neu (Betten). Das abgeschlossenes Grundstück war ideal fuer unseren Hund. Negativ: naheliegende Papierfabrik verbreitet beissenden Gestank bei Windstille oder östlichem Wind. Am Strand noch zu riechen. Militärische Tiefflieger aus nördlichem Militärgelände. Ohne Mückenschutz keine Terrassennutzung, Haus sollte nach dem Lüften geschlossen bleiben.
