Good accomodation with good service office. Unfortunatly you notice a bad smell from the paper factory at times.

Appartement bien situé dans quartier résidentiel avec terrasse (logia) sans vis à vis. Cuisine bien équipée. Dommage, la clim n'est disponible que dans le séjour et pas dans les chambres. Point à améliorer : literie et surtout les oreillers.

Die EG Wohnng liegt in einer schönen kleinen Anlage. Die Wohnung hat einen schönen,uneinsehbaren,sonnigen Innenhof und ist von der Strassenseite weggelegen. Es ist ausreichend Geschirr,Besteck,Gläser vorhanden. Die Klimaanlage beschränkt sich auf den Wohn/Essbereich. Die Pflanzen im Innenhof sollten aber besser gepflegt werden, die Palmen sind unansehnlich vertrocknet. Je nach Windrichtung (NO,O) kann es leider zu Geruchsbelästigung durch die Papierfabrik in Mimizan kommen. Sonst alles Prima.
