Location conforme à l'annonce, très propre, spacieuse.
Véranda très agréable, ensoleillée.
Plage à pied.

Nice little pavillion a little bit tired but it was out of season when we turned up. We had a few issues with plumbing but the property manager was fantastic and came over tout suite and fixed the blockages etc. Safe for my dogs. The beach was close by for great walks. Great if you enjoy seaside, lakes and seaside towns but not much else to do in the area.

La maison corresponde bien à l'annonce, tout est très propre et très bien rangé. Elle est spacieuse et très bien organisée. La cuisine est superbe et ne manque quasiment rien. Quartier est très calme, juste à coté de la forêt et il faut dix minutes à pieds pour traverser la grande dune et se retrouver à la plage. Le petit centre avec boulangerie et les commerces est à 15 minutes à pieds , une très jolie promenade , surtout le soir pour les marchés nocturnes.
La plage est immense et magnifique, les vague géniales, mais plus pour les bons nageurs et les enfants plus grands. Mais il y a aussi des parties plus calmes et surtout surveillées, donc tout le monde peut en profiter.
Le seul point négatif, l'odeur de la papeterie à Mimizan (à5km) que nous avons senti plusieurs fois, dès que le vent tournait, heureusement la plupart du temps il venait de la mer.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. A refaire sans hésitation. Merci
