The Cocoonr agency is offering this 126 m² holiday home in Mimizan for rent, which can accommodate up to 9 guests.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 40 m² living room with a TV, a double sofa bed (sleeps two) and a dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen including: an electric kettle, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, hobs…
- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: with two single beds
- Bedroom 3: with a single bed and a bunk bed (sleeps two)
- Two shower rooms, each with a walk-in shower
- A separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, fan.
Outdoors:
- A beautiful, fully enclosed private garden of 350 m², facing south-west
- A 20 m² south-facing terrace with garden furniture
- A 40 m² west-facing terrace with dining furniture
