House description
The house is intended for 4 people. Its living area comprises approximately 50 square meters. The house is divided into a large living room, two small bedrooms and a toilet with shower. The kitchen is integrated in the living room and has an electric cooker with extractor hood, a refrigerator and various kitchen appliances. It is heated electrically. The house has a terrace. The beds are a bunk bed for 2 people in a small room and a double bed in a 2. Room . There is a sofa in the living room. Flushing u. Washing machine are not available. The forest property belonging to the house covers approx. 1000sqm.
There is a canoe on the property. This can be used if you do the transport (by roof rack) to the next lake yourself about 5 km (of course also back). Safety (such as life jackets, etc.) must also be taken care of.
Rental only to countries with German language: Due to actuarial matters we can not rent out to clients living in any other than austria and germany.

Canoe and bicycles: There is a canoe on the property. This can be used if you do the transport (by roof rack) to the next lake yourself about 5 km (of course also back). Safety (such as life jackets, etc.) must also be taken care of.
The bicycles in the shed can also be used if they are ready for use.

Remote and very quiet location in the middle of a forest. The house is somewhat rudimentary, but you have everything you need - and this kind of holiday was exactly what we were looking for. The closest town, Örkelljunga (15 km) has supermarkets, a bakery, a record shop and a few restaurants. However, the real attraction for a nice day trip is Helsingborg, which is about 45 minutes away. Mostly, though, this is a place for hikes, walks and relaxing in the wilderness. :-)

we stayed for 2 weeks in this small, but lovely cottage in Skane. the weather was great and the house and surrounding were exactly as descriped by the owner. we made several trips to molle,kristianstad,malmo,helsingbor/helsingor and even kopenhaven, which is a lovely day trip via helsingor. if you like very quiet and beautiful nature and a simple decently
house, this is the place to be. you can even bring your dog, which we did, for a great time.
