The house is intended for 4 people. Its living area comprises approximately 50 square meters. The house is divided into a large living room, two small bedrooms and a toilet with shower. The kitchen is integrated in the living room and has an electric cooker with extractor hood, a refrigerator and various kitchen appliances. It is heated electrically. The house has a terrace. The beds are a bunk bed for 2 people in a small room and a double bed in a 2. Room . There is a sofa in the living room. Flushing u. Washing machine are not available. The forest property belonging to the house covers approx. 1000sqm.
There is a canoe on the property. This can be used if you do the transport (by roof rack) to the next lake yourself about 5 km (of course also back). Safety (such as life jackets, etc.) must also be taken care of.
Rental only to countries with German language: Due to actuarial matters we can not rent out to clients living in any other than austria and germany.

Meine drei Jungs (8,10,14) haben eine entspannte Woche in dem schönen sehr gut ausgestatteten Haus verbracht. Wir hatten unsere Fahrräder dabei und konnten gleich vor der Haustüre kilometerlange Radtouren starten. Es war eine tolle Woche.

Im Prinzip mitten im Wald, alles da was man braucht, absolute Ruhe, abgesehen vom leisen Klopfen der in direkter Nachbarschaft lebenden 4-köpfigen Eichhörnchenfamilie, das Reh streift abends über die Wiese, in einiger Entfernung 3 Elche deutlich zu hören, Kraniche trompeten im Wald, WOW!
Nicht nur unsere Kinder waren begeistert. Alles wie beschrieben.

Das Haus liegt sehr idyllisch, die Ausstattung ist sehr einfach, aber es ist soweit alles vorhanden. Wir haben es sehr genossen, im Wald nahe dem Haus Heidelbeeren zu sammeln. Wir konnten sehr häufig Rehe im Garten beobachten. Für zwei Personen hat das Haus eine ideale Größe. In der näheren Umgebung haben wir die verschiedensten Seen zum Angeln und Baden genutzt.
