Instructions were very easy. The house was beautiful and well maintained the owner was wonderful. We really enjoyed staying.

The air conditioning in the other room didn’t get cold. But other than that the stay was really nice house was lovely. Need more lighting on the porch and a washer and dryer

In town for a wedding, needed a place for my wife, daughter and our dogs on short notice. This was reasonably priced and had everything we needed

Electrical outlets didn’t work outside and some inside , there wasn’t a water hose to rinse off the sand. Backyard grass was very high and didn’t want to leave my dog in there. One A/c wasn’t working that well so we had to leave the door open for air to circulate. I’m not saying it was a bad place to stay but a few things could be improved .
