With its comfortable living room, well-equipped kitchen, and plenty of nearby activities, you can’t go wrong. Enjoy lounging in the living room, preparing meals together in the kitchen that shines with stainless steel appliances, and catching a quiet moment alone on the deck. The open-concept makes the common spaces feel fluid, while the serene bedrooms give you privacy.

guest room with full over full bunks, ensutie
guest room with full over full bunks
full bath in hallway
We do not provide cooking oil or seasonings.
Must be 25 yrs old to book.
TV service is Roku streaming.
Both types of coffee pots are available, drip and pods.
Outdoor gas grill available. Please no grilling on the decks.
Cleaning fee includes towels, linens, beds made, starter set of basic paper goods and soaps.
Dogs are allowed, max 2, there is a non refundable pet fee of $75, may need to be added after booking.
No smoking allowed, accept outside, please pickup butts.
Events or parties are allowed on property, max 25 guest, with an additional event fee of $600. Promo groups are allowed, 3 parents must be present, there will be an additional non-refundable event fee of $600. Please contact us for more information.
Property is located on Bolivar Peninsula, also available by ferry from Galveston, Texas.

As per our rental agreement, any amenity that may become unavailable during your stay will not warrant any type of refund.

Location was close to stores. The house was furnished with everything we needed to cook. Lots of space for everyone to sit.

I come to Galveston often never have I had an experience like this. The house was everything and more. The pictures are exactly as the house is. Definitely will be booking again
