About this villa rental
Villa Cintolese is a contemporary villa for up to thirteen guests. There are 5 ensuite bedrooms. This lovely villa is located within easy reach of Florence, Lucca, Pisa, Pistoia, San Gimignano, Vinci and Siena. It is also near the seaside resorts of Versilia and Montecatini. Villa Cintolese is the perfect spot for those who want a holiday in total privacy, relaxation and tranquility in the Tuscan countryside but who also want shopping and transport nearby.
The villa is surrounded by a large and well cared for garden with big L-shaped pool and is well equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, 2 showers etc. Thanks to the wooden pergola with curtains, the lounge area beside the pool is perfect for moments of relaxation. The kitchen leads to an outside pergola where you can eat and enjoy the local products. In the garden there is also a barbecue area. There is a spacious parking area outside the gates (it is still within the property).
This floor has various open areas which join up the rooms themselves without dividing them and the glass doors and skylights create a luminous atmosphere dominated by light colors like white, brown and beige.
The open space is divided into a dining area, a modern and well equipped kitchen, (stove, bar with fridge and ice maker, comfortable divan and satellite TV). On the same floor there is a spa area with indoor heated hydromassage (3.80 X 2.5 meters) a sauna, Turkish bath, 2 heated relax beds and a beautiful view onto the outside area. There are also 2 changing rooms with powder room and showers and a bathroom with toilet, and wash basin which can be used by handicapped/elderly people near the lounge room. This is the perfect place for relaxing after a day spent touring the surrounding towns and the beauties of Tuscany.
There is one bedroom (suitable for handicapped) with double bed, flat satellite TV, ensuite bathroom with shower plus private access to the garden.
Finally, on the ground floor there is a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board along with a clothes line. A staircase leads up to the first floor where you will find 4 double bedrooms in a refined and minimalistic design, all with private bathroom with shower, and satellite TV. Three of the bedrooms also have a single bed. Finally, there is a TV room with a large corner lounge. This area is only reachable by a lift from the spa.
Wi-Fi and air conditioning are throughout the entire villa.
