Then, for your outdoor enjoyment, step outside onto the large, fully furnished terrace equipped with a wet bar and gas grill and soak in the magnificent views of the Sea of Cortez and the famous Land's End rock formation.
A personal concierge awaits you prior to and during your stay. The concierge will arrange dinner reservations, excursions, and shop for groceries. (extra charge for shopping and groceries)
There is a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, cable, flat screen TV's in all rooms, ceiling fans and individual thermostats in the main rooms.
The Master Suite has a king bed with pillow top mattress, a jacuzzi tub, his and her sinks, and a sitting area with a balcony entrance. The Guest Suite provides 2 Queen beds, a small refrigerator, a complete entertainment center, and a full bath. There is also pull-out sofa bed in the living room that can sleep two with a full bath off the living room.
The contemporary kitchen includes a breakfast bar, roomy dining room table, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, pantry, as well as a washer/dryer/wash tub combo conveniently located and concealed right off the kitchen area.
Villa La Estancia is a 5-star resort located on Medano Beach, which is the only swimmable beach in Cabo San Lucas, where the Sea of Cortez meets the Pacific Ocean. Each villa is privately owned and the U-shaped design allows amazing views from wherever you are staying within the resort.
The U-shaped design of Villa La Estancia surrounds the Infinity Pool and affords all guests a beautiful glimmer of the sapphire blue Sea of Cortez or the gorgeous gardens. The moment you open the door to this unit, the views from the floor to ceiling sliding windows will take your breathe away. You will not want to leave the condo which is perfect since Pablo can arrange to have meals prepared by a marvelous chef! The staff is incredible, very friendly and very accommodating in every way possible. We are already planning our next trip to #3301!
