Pamper yourself in the elegant surroundings of your private 2100 sq. ft Mediterranean decorated villa which has all the comforts of home! The lovely features of this beautiful villa include a fully equipped contemporary kitchen which includes a breakfast bar area, a dining table, full size refrigerator, appliances such as coffee maker, and microwave. A washer/dryer are just off the kitchen area. The drinking water is completely filtered throughout the Villa La Estancia complex.
Relax outside on the large terrace while enjoying a delicious meal or cocktail after a day in the sun. Let your personal concierge arrange excursions, shop for groceries, (extra charge for shopping and groceries) or make dinner reservations!
The master suite has a king bed with pillow top mattress, his and her sinks, a jacuzzi tub and a sitting area with a balcony entrance. The guest suite provides two queen beds, a small refrigerator, a complete entertainment center and a full bath. There is a pull-out sofa bed in the living room that can sleep two with a full bath just off the living room.
Other amenities of this beautiful villa include flat screen TV's in all rooms, cable, ceiling fans and individual thermostats in the main rooms.

Over the past five years, we have stayed at numerous villas managed by Jane Roesch. There's a reason why. Their team is so responsive, the units are spectacular, and makes our trips worry free. Joel has always gone out of his way to ensure once we arrive that we have everything taking care of. Can not recommend highly enough.

My husband and I had stayed at Estancia 16 years ago and were concerned about how the property would look. Once we arrived, it was a beautiful as we remembered. The property is so well taken care of. We enjoyed our NYE stay. We were able to go to the grocery store, Uber out for dinners and it was just A wonderful stay.Would stay here again!
