La Estancia boasts outstanding Concierge services, a 24-hour front desk, 24-hour security, onsite activity booking, the amazing La Casona gourmet restaurant, a full gym, onsite market with everything, a great deli, ice cream shop, pharmacy, gorgeous beachfront pools with poolside and swim-up bars, 5 large spa tubs, a fire pit and much, much more. Access neighboring properties on either side where you can book an appointment at the top-rated Desert Spa, one of Cabo’s BEST, dine at your choice of 13 restaurants with many cuisine options AND enjoy world-class shows and performances, all just a short walk or free Trolley ride away. ***Ask us about the 'All-Inclusive' package which is incredible and highly recommended.
Costco, Walmart, FRESKO and the new Soriana (a gourmet grocery store) are very close if you need anything and/or wish to cook your own meals in the fully-equipped kitchen (coffee & kitchen supplies included) or grill on the patio. There is a new Walmart Grocerty store walking distance from the resort.
Our eco-friendly, PRIVATELY OWNED (no sale’s pitch here), tranquil oasis is very comfortable for up to 7 guests. Travertine marble floors, Flat Screen Smart TVs, A/C, granite countertops, coffee bar, HUGE BALCONY, bathroom amenities, ceiling fans, brand new washer/dryer and large pantry are just some of the many wonderful features this unit offers, but the OUTSTANDING VIEWS are what makes this villa one of the best in Cabo.
You can enjoy long walks on the beach, take a swim in the ocean, enjoy the swim-up bar, play a game of tennis/pickleball on Estancia's private courts, or take part in one of many activities offered right on site. Or, if you prefer, just bask in the sun while enjoying your favorite cocktail in one of several pools or hot tubs with views of the Sea of Cortez, El Arco Rock Formation and frolicking whales from October through March.

Great location for the villa with a perfect view. We loved having 2 king beds in the lock-off. The furnishings and decor were cozy and comfortable with a great outdoor space.

The Villa was exquisite! Perfect view from the very private balcony. Mint condition and super clean. Staff was very friendly and efficient! Totally safe and secure. Great beach. Pool was perfect temp and Hot tubs were Hot like they are supposed to be. The grounds were beautiful and perfectly manicured. Excellent -

This villa was even better than advertised! Beautiful views, all the comforts of home, and a HUGE balcony where we spent most of our time looking for whales (which we saw every day). Tom and Kathy were the most welcoming hosts and they went out of their way to make sure our stay was extra special!
