Nothing bad at all and very clean. Only small issue was dishwasher not working but since we did not cook, not a big issue. Grounds clean, balcony is large and awesome ocean view. Would stay here again.

Second time at Villa La Estancia, first time in this unit. Clean condo with lots of space and huge patio.
