About this apartment rental
Very clean, spacious 2 Bedroom/1Bath apartment is located between the trendy neighborhood of Temescal and gorgeous Rockridge. Close to College Ave, BART, Temescal Alley & many great restaurants including Burma Superstar, Pizzaiolo, Wood Tavern, Southie, & A16.
This is a completely separate 2 bedroom apartment in the lower level (6 steps down) of beautiful 1929 Craftsman home. Private entrance. Recently remodeled with new carpet, paint and quartz counter top, it has a large eat-in kitchen, living room, bathroom with tub & lovely shared courtyard. Easy street parking.
Our well equipped kitchen has a full size refrigerator, gas range, microwave, coffeemaker and toaster. You'll find filtered water in the refrigerator. The dining area seats 4 or 5 comfortably.
There are 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed (great mattress) and bedding, large closet and chest of drawers. The second has a full bed (also great mattress), bedding, smaller closet and small set of drawers. The living room has a flat screen TV with cable, a lazy-boy chair, and a convertible sofa that sleeps 1 person.
We also provide the following:
linens, blankets & pillows, towels, kitchen supplies, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, dish soap, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner.
There is no hot tub on the property.
