As you enter, you will discover a welcoming living room with a large Smart TV with streaming services, numerous toys for young children, three dozen board games for players of all ages, beautiful plants, a record player with dozens of records, and a lively fish tank that adds a unique touch to the space.
Upstairs, there are four rooms: three bedrooms, one of which has a futon that can be alternately set up as an office with a couch and a motorized, adjustable standing desk, and another bonus sunroom/office with a large desk and a cozy reading nook.
Additional perks include a stacked washer and dryer, an InstantPot, an air fryer, a dozen Luminara flameless candles (for the hygge), a portable A/C unit for hot days, a gravity furnace on the 1st floor, and space heating on the 2nd floor. The property also includes kids' dishware, a high chair, a swingset, a sandbox with sand toys, and a Pack 'n Play. The owner will be present in the cottage in the back

A fun fact about this neighborhood is that David Lance Goines lived at the end of the block - he was the Berkeley printmaker whose art nouveau style influenced the style and culture of the Bay Area and beyond during the late 60s and 70s and still defines the look of the city of Berkeley in many ways.
