The bright, open, remodeled kitchen features granite counter tops, state of the art stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped to prepare a delicious family meal. Beautiful flooring throughout with comfortable modern furniture and the tasteful decor make this place a great home for your vacation. A large flat screen TV, 2 recliner chairs and a new leather recliner sofa in the living room. The large screened-in balcony is the perfect spot for watching the glorious Florida sunset after enjoying a fun day on the beach. The comfortable outdoor balcony furniture is great for entertaining, sunbathing and relaxing. All three bedrooms feature TVs as well. Both bathrooms are completely updated. We had a wonderful time. The property was amazing, we had everything we needed. Walking into our condo, everything was clean and warm environment. The view was beautiful, could not have asked for a better condo and view, this place was truly amazing. We had plenty of room, the place felt very spacious and we had the laundry room and full kitchen, beautiful decorations that definitely made you feel like you were at the beach, very relaxing. we had plenty of towels and the stocked storage room in the balcony which was a huge bonus. There were plenty of things to take with you to the beach, thank you. We were very pleased from the moment we got in to left. We'll be back. Thank you much.

We enjoyed our stay!! Lots within walking distance. Parking can be tricky if you have more than 1 car or a large vehicle as the garage is small. Communication with the host was easy.

Our stay was great, thankyou! Just 2 things to note: The management office to pick up the keys is quite far, if there is an alternate place to pick up and drop off that would be better. I don't think the dishwasher works. After doing a couple of loads, food remained on the dishes so that's probably why people in other reviews complained about food still on dishes. Otherwise, great rental, we had a very nice time.

Nice view. Right on the beach! This room was just ok. Not very clean. Needed repairs. Some lights didn't work, shower door off the track. Balcony door screeched when opening and closing. The dishes were dirty and needed washed before using. You only get 2 keys for 6 people. You can't return from the beach or pool or anywhere without a key to the elevator room door, which is very inconvenient, especially when your hands are full. The pool was nice, but not very clean. The beach was beautiful and the water was clear. If you need a budget friendly place, it will do, but I would recommend staying somewhere else if you can.
