The Villa Madeira Resort in Madeira Beach is the perfect location for your family vacation. This secure and well maintained building is located in the heart of Madeira Beach, is in easy walking distance to John's Pass, and is situated directly on the sand. The resort pool is heated throughout the year, and provides plenty of space and seating for relaxing or enjoying the Florida sun.
This top floor condo give you an outstanding view of the beach and Gulf from both the master bedroom and the living room, and the screened-in private balcony allows for a comfortable and cool area to relax or dine in.
-- The Master bedroom has a king size bed with adjoining bathroom.
-- The master bath has a custom oversize walk-in shower, and private sink and toilet areas.
-- The second bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed
-- The third bedroom has twin size bunk beds.
-- The guest bath off the main area includes a shower/tub combination.
-- The living room is setup with plenty of seating, along with a new 42" flat screen and a unique Tiki bar theme off the kitchen. Plenty of books, games, and DVD's for your off-beach entertainment, and easy access to the outdoor balcony area.
-- The kitchen is updated and is equipped with a full selection of cookware and dinnerware.

The view and layout of the condo were amazing. Communication with owners was easy and fast. Location of the condo is perfect for walking to plenty of food places and Johns Pass. We were able to see beautiful sunsets and dolphins throughout the entire stay. Would highly recommend this location.

We had the best time escaping the cold weather from home for the week. (It snowed back home while we were here!). You can’t beat the view from the balcony. We spent most of time at the beach, which was clean, quiet and uncrowded. We were able to walk to most places and the weather was absolutely perfect the entire trip! The condo was clean, quiet, and while the pool/area outside the building was under construction, it was never a bother, or inconvenience. The construction workers were super friendly! We saw so many dolphins, and the nightly walks on the beach made for excellent shell hunting, and sea snail/hermit crab hunting. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Condo is nice but old. The elevator broke down most of 2 days!! Being with parents that were 80 and on the 6th floor, we were basically stuck!! Thank God the view was nice. Heated pool was broke as well. We were disappointed to say the least.
