Absolutely magnificent 3 bedroom 2 bath 6th floor Madeira Beach Gulf Front condo at Villa Madeira with large screened balconies. There`s nothing that says Rest and Relaxation better! Enjoy the spectacular beach views and sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony. Expansive view of the Gulf of Mexico. So close to the water you`ll hear the waves crash. Unit #605 features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed decorated in Tommy Bahama style and offers a TV, balcony access, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom sleeps 2 with a queen bed. The third bedroom sleeps 2 with a twin trundle bed. Fully equipped kitchen, free WiFi, Free parking - Parking space right in front of the building, secured lobby, and a full-size washer and dryer inside the condo. With over 1100 sq. ft., you`ll have plenty of room for everyone. The property sits closer to the Gulf of Mexico than any other surrounding area and features a beachfront heated pool with a paver deck. The paver deck offers many lounge chairs to enjoy! The grounds are impeccably maintained and offer a secured lobby, elevator access to each floor, assigned parking, and visitor parking. Less than 1 mile North of John’s Pass Historic Fishing Village, you’ll enjoy all the restaurants and shops in no time. ***THIS IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY***
Madeira Beach is located just west of St. Petersburg and has 2.5 miles of gorgeous beaches and sparkling Gulf of Mexico waters. Legend says that a pirate named John LeVique was the first European to `settle` the Madeira Beach area. It is best known for the 1,100-foot boardwalk along the Intracoastal named John`s Pass Village and Boardwalk.
John’s Pass is a collection of shops and restaurants in an old-style fishing village setting. Here, you can pass the time watching pelicans dive for fish, watch dolphins swim and play, shop to your heart`s content, or simply relax and enjoy all the amazing food and drink! Fishing is the primary sport activity, but you can rent a jet ski, take a pirate cruise, or go on a sunset dolphin cruise. Many more restaurants, beach bars, unique local shops, and public beach access points are within the city limits. The activities and memories are endless in Madeira Beach!

• Please abide by pool rules as posted if applicable to include but not limited to: No glass containers at the pool area; no large floats or rafts. Please use the pool at your own risk.
• The use of roller skates, roller blades, in-line skates, and skateboards is strictly prohibited in the building walkways, sidewalks, parking ramps and garage.
• Keep balconies and walkways clear. No towels, clothing, umbrellas or other items are to be hung from railings or balconies.
• Barbecuing or grilling on balconies is allowed with an electric grill ONLY.
• Do not feed seagulls from the property.
• Park in assigned space for your unit. All vehicles must have parking permits displayed. Vehicles without a parking permit displayed are subject to towing at renters expense.
• Please be considerate of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during the hours of 11pm -8am. This is a private condominium or home and there are year round occupants that live in the building. While you are on vacation, they may not be.
• All trash is to be bagged and placed in garbage chute or proper containers.
• Cars must be pulled into the parking space as normal. No backing into parking spaces.

Everything was great with the exception of the construction in the parking lot. Had to move our vehicle one day with already limited parking and another day we came back to the property and the construction lift was blocking the only entrance. Other than that our stay was relaxing and we always stay in the Madeira Beach area. Been coming down for over 20 years.

We travel with the whole family to Madeira Beach every spring. Stayed at different condos every time. This is the nicest place yet. The view was beautiful. The condo was clean and well stocked. Entertainment was within walking distance. We hope to make this our go to for years to come.

Positives:
This location absolutely can’t be beat! Step off the patio directly onto the beach! Sweet Brewnettes across the street has wonderful coffee and breakfast. Candy Kitchen across the street has homemade ice cream and real hot fudge and every candy you could ever want! Two 7-11 stores in walking distance (One is 0.3mi south, but does not have Slurpees! If you want Slurpees, the store 0.7mi north has them!). Caddy’s is just a few buildings away and has waterfront, outdoor dining.
The beds were comfortable as far as vacation bedding goes (not like home, but much more comfortable than the average vacation bed).
The building is VERY well maintained! Even on Thanksiving day the elevator and landings were vacuumed.
The building was very secure, keys are needed at all entrances and to access the beach and the pool.
Negatives:
The property management company says emailed is preferred, but didn’t respond to my emails. At check out, they emailed to ask us what time we would be departing and to notify them of any items needing repair by replying to that email, but the email bounces back saying not to email that address.
The master shower handle barely works - this was reported in a review in October but has not been fixed. My mom wasn’t strong enough to turn the broken handle and could only shower when we were home to turn it off and on for her.
The kitchen appears well stocked, but many of the items are broken or in ill repair (none of the blenders worked, the dishwasher did not clean dishes well and many items needed to be hand washed after running through the dishwasher).
The floor is tile and the should be light gray/cream grout was pure black through the entire condo except in no-traffic areas. The second bathroom shower tile had a lot of mildew in the grout. I spent the first half of the stay debating if I should pick up borax to clean to be able to truly relax. The company cleaning might charge more to deep cleaning the grout, but the condo could really use it.
We would return to Villa Madeira for the location, but would look for a different condo or would want to see this thoroughly cleaned.
