You must be 25 years of age or older to reserve this unit. Pets are not permitted and no smoking is allowed. Monthly rentals are available November - March 1st.
PARKING
One (1) vehicle is allowed per reservation during, special events, holidays, and from mid-May through Labor Day. A maximum of two (2) vehicles is permitted per reservation at all other times. Guests are responsible for complying with parking regulations and restrictions in place during the duration of their stay.
During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.

It felt like home away from home. Everything was clean, plenty of kitchen supplies, AC works perfectly. I didn’t receive my check in instructions so I had to call to get them, but no big deal. Other than that check in and check out were super easy. Also the elevator broke while we were there and was fixed within hours so we only had to take the stairs once.

We chose this property for its location directly on the beach. It is an older building, but the condo was nicely updated, clean, well-equipped, and just what we needed. Within walking distance of various shops, restaurants, and Gulf State Park, with miles of paved trails--very well maintained trail system. We rented bikes and rode there for a few hours one day. Only a short drive to Orange Beach, with more shops and restaurants, Publix. As for the condo, kitchen is well stocked, but consumables like aluminum foil, plastic wrap/baggies, extra trash bags, dish detergent, etc need to be brought with. There are bath towels and wash cloths, but need to bring beach towels, etc. Washer and dryer was as great to have in the condo as well. Overall, it was just what we needed, and we would stay again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay at Island Sunrise. It was a great location and the staff was wonderful. We can’t wait to visit Gulf Shores again!
