updated unit with 2 large bedrooms, each with GULF VIEWS in this fourth floor large
corner unit with over 950 square feet to relax and enjoy your vacation. Family room,
master bedroom, and balcony all have unobstructed BEACHFRONT views.
When you are ready to venture out, your direct path to beach and surroundings
favorites like The Hangout begin as soon as you step off the elevator – no streets to
cross or barriers in your way. The beach is ready for you to enjoy and when you return
to your room, the brand-new AC will be waiting to cool you down.
PROPERTY OVERVIEW
This condo is a 6-story building with 60 units and is equipped with an elevator. 
Walking distance to the Hangout, Gulf State Park Pier, many restaurants including Sea
and Suds, souvenir shops and more!
This recently remodeled unit offers a spacious layout, generous natural light, and a
private oceanfront balcony with expansive bird’s-eye water views. 
LIVING AREAS
Sprawl out on the plush sofa and armchairs in the living room while enjoying a movie on the 42” flat screen TV. Craft a beverage then step out onto the balcony to catch a
spectacular view of the sunset. Free Wi-Fi throughout the unit means you can share
memories of your vacation with family and friends.
KITCHEN and DINING
The all-white kitchen features dramatic counter tops and comfortable seating for four at the breakfast bar, but once you eat a meal on the gorgeous beachfront balcony you
won’t want to eat anywhere else.
BEDROOMS and BATHROOMS
This condo has two large bedrooms that sleeps six total. Two full bathrooms both with walk in tile showers.
Since this is a corner condo unit, you get the fresh natural lighting from the extra
windows. The master features south and east windows both with wonderful views of the beach. We couldn't describe the master bedroom without mentioning our favorite view of the beach– right from the master bed. We think it’ll be your favorite as well! The second bedroom also features an east facing window. This condo features large windows with wonderful views of the beach. Another unique aspect of this corner unit is how large the second bedroom is compared to the interior condos in this complex. You won’t feel cramped in here. The master bedroom is outfitted with a queen-size bed and walk-in closet, plus a flat screen TV equipped with cable. The en-suite bathroom includes large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, sleeper sofa and closet, plus a flat screen TV and cable. The en-suite bathroom includes large walk-in shower.
OUTDOOR AREA
The open glass door opens to the private balcony overlooking the Gulf of
Mexico. This covered space has jaw-dropping gulf views and comes complete with an
outdoor bar height table 2 chairs-so anyone can see the beautiful beach over the railing. There’s also 2 more bar height foldaway chairs in the hall closet for your other guest. A community grill area is also available for our
guests at the condominium.
EXTRA AMENITIES
Parking is available in the outdoor parking lot next to the building. 1 parking pass required for each vehicle. A full size in-unit washer/dryer and free Wi-Fi are provided.
LOCATION
You’ll find sugar-white sand beaches, waterside restaurants, and nature parks with
elevated boardwalks all within easy reach.
Walking distance to the family-friendly favorites The Hangout and LuLu’s Gulf Shores.
As well as Gulf State Park Pier, many restaurants including Sea and Suds, souvenir
shops and more.
For amazing atmosphere and delicious seafood, check out Bahama Bob’s Beachside
Cafe or Original Oyster House-- both offer waterfront views. Family-friendly favorites
include LuLu’s Gulf Shores and The Hangout.
Located just 15-minutes away, explore The Wharf at Orange Beach for a day of mini
golf, shopping, as well as concerts and events at the amphitheater. Tee it up on 16 area
courses, many with PGA pedigrees.

Couple of helpful notes. There is a camera at the outside of the front door to provide additional security and monitoring. Due to host family’s severe allergies and health issues, no pets are allowed. Guest that bring pets inside the unit will be immediately evicted without refund.

The views were incredible! The property owners responded quickly to questions. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook, and the atmosphere was cozy and beachy. We could hear a bit of construction noise that seemed to be in the upper or adjacent units, but it was always finished well before quiet hours. The mattress in the room closest to the front door was lumpy, but the one in the oceanfront room was super comfortable. It’s also so close to everything, which is a huge bonus!

The view from the balcony is great. Easy access to the beach.Cleanliness, not so good. Dirty glasses and dishes. All pots pans worn. Everything needed washed before use. One kitchen towel. All towels and linen clean but well used and some stained. Toaster and most appliances dirty. Portable fan disgusting with dirt and dust. Clothes washer so dirty, I wouldn't use it. TV, only Dish. No easy way to download other apps. All furniture old and worn. Couch horrible, bedroom mattress overly worn out. Go for the good location and view. Hopefully the owners will improve the issues.
