As you enter the Primary suite, you'll be greeted by a luxurious King bed and a flat-screen TV, complemented by an attached bathroom, ensuring a private and comfortable retreat. The second bedroom offers a cozy Queen bed and a flat-screen TV for your entertainment, while the third bedroom features a welcoming Queen bed. For additional sleeping arrangements, the living room includes a convenient sofa sleeper, accommodating up to 8 guests in total.

The price of one parking pass is included in your total. To purchase a 2nd pass, you must contact our office before arrival. Only 1 parking pass available during Major Holidays
CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.
MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.

King size bed is not level. It’s like sleeping on hillside. Had to have the sliding door lock readjusted so that it would work. The rear eye on the right on the stove did not seem to function properly. they advertise the sofa bed as additional sleeping space but they do not provide linens or a blanket for that.

The location was nice. My husband and I are very active and work out daily. The VRBO description states a gym and tennis court are on site. When we arrived it was raining and the beaches were closed due to riptides so we decided to work out and that is when we discovered the facility does not have a gym or tennis court. The manager apologized for the inaccuracy of the listing. We would have never chosen a listing without those two amenities. Otherwise our stay was nice.
